Washington DC - VoteVets.org PAC, the largest progressive group of veterans in America, released the following statement on the win of Joe Sestak in the primary race to become Pennsylvania's next Senator.  VoteVets.org PAC endorsed Sestak.

Ashwin Madia, who served in Iraq with the Marines and is Vice Chairman of VoteVets.org said:

"This is a historic win by Joe Sestak, and veterans couldn't be prouder.  When he wins in November, Joe will bring clarity of vision, decisive decision-making, and true leadership to the United States Senate.  That was the hallmark of his decades long career in the United States Navy, and why he rose up to Admiral and a trusted advisor to President Bill Clinton.  Joe knows what it will take to get America moving again, and keep us secure from the threats we face.  We will do everything we can to make sure that Pennsylvanians know why Joe Sestak is an exemplary public servant, and why he deserves their vote in November."
