VoteVets PAC Endorses Harry Dunn for Congess

The largest progressive group of Veterans in America, VoteVets PAC, is today endorsing Harry Dunn to be the next Member of Congress from Maryland’s 3rd congressional district. 

“Harry Dunn has already stood in the halls of Congress and defended our democracy. He did it as a heroic Capitol Police officer and he will do it again as a Congressman,” said Travis Tazelaar, Political Director of VoteVets PAC. “In these unprecedented times, people like Harry, and his background and experiences, are the exact kind of people we need in Congress. He will be a tireless fighter for our democracy, our veterans, our freedoms, and all Marylanders in Congress. Put simply, Harry knows how to serve and how to get things done. Dunn is the son of a veteran, born and raised on Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. He grew up working at the commissary and learning the value of public service from his father and family. Dunn defended democracy with his bare hands on January 6th, and has vowed to continue defending democracy as a Member of Congress. He recently detailed this in his Plan to Protect the People’s Democracy. Dunn is the fighter that Maryland’s 3rd and our nation need in this moment and in the face of extremism and the threat of Donald Trump.
