VoteVets Endorses Andrei Cherny for Congress
The largest progressive group of Veterans in America, VoteVets PAC, is today endorsing Andrei Cherny as the next Congressmember from Arizona’s 1st Congressional District.
“As a former Naval Reserve intelligence officer, Andrei is keenly aware of the threats to our national security and the best way to protect our country and our families,” said Jon Soltz, Iraq War Veteran and Chairman of VoteVets PAC. “He’s a committed public servant who day in and day out works hard to protect families in his community. Andrei Cherny is a former Navy Reserve officer, Arizona Assistant Attorney General, Arizona Democratic Party Chair, and CEO of a climate change alternative to big banks running for Congress in AZ-01. The grandson of four Holocaust survivors and child of immigrants, Andrei is running to expand economic opportunity, fight the climate crisis, and defend democracy and freedoms – including the right to choose.
