A dedicated public servant and native of Sullivan, Maine, Graham has spent his life answering the call to service. Following high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, deploying three times to Iraq before transitioning to the Maryland Army National Guard and deploying a fourth time to Afghanistan. Upon returning home, Graham navigated the personal challenges of military transition and PTSD, a journey that ultimately deepened his commitment to his roots and fueled his desire to serve his fellow Mainers with resilience, empathy, and integrity.
Today, Graham is a deeply rooted community leader and local small business owner. After returning to Sullivan, he took over a local oyster farm, transforming it into a successful enterprise alongside operating a regional diving and mooring service. His commitment to his hometown is reflected in his civic leadership as Sullivan’s Harbormaster and Planning Board Chair. Graham lives in Sullivan with his wife, Amy Gertner, and their pets, remaining steadfast in his mission to champion the people and communities of Maine.
