VoteVets PAC Endorses Lucas Kunce for US Senate from Missouri
Jefferson City, MO – The largest progressive group of veterans in America, VoteVets PAC, is endorsing Lucas Kunce for the US Senate Seat being vacated by Roy Blunt, who is retiring.
“Lucas Kunce has seen two wars, up close and personal, and its likely why he speaks so bluntly and honestly about them, and so much more,” said Jon Soltz, Iraq War Veteran and Chairman of VoteVets PAC. “People say Missouri isn’t territory that a Democrat can win. We disagree. It’s still the state of Harry Truman. It’s still the state that wants its representatives to talk straight to them, and take that straight talk to Washington. Lucas Kunce embodies that. He will absolutely shake up the United States Senate, for the better. We’re proud to endorse him, and look forward to doing all we can to help him win.”
Lucas Kunce is a 13-years Marine officer, National Security Expert, and Antitrust Advocate running to replace U.S. Senator Roy Blunt’s open seat in 2022. As a U.S. Marine, Lucas did tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, and later represented the United States in arms control negotiations with NATO and Russia. Since then, he’s been fighting the massive corporations and corrupt politicians who strip our communities for parts at the American Economic Liberties Project. Lucas lives in Independence, Missouri, and is a native of Cole County.
